Frameway Workshop & Monoreels Terms & Conditions

 

Welcome to Monoreels / Frameway!

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our workshops and services, including the Directing Workshop, Cinematography & Lighting Workshop, Acting for Screen & Monologue Workshop, and Monoreels - Monologue Filming service. By registering for a workshop or service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Workshop & Service Descriptions

We offer a variety of workshops and services designed to enhance your filmmaking skills and performances. Descriptions of each workshop and service, including content and duration, can be found on our website at www.frameway.co.uk.

2. Registration & Payment

• Registration for workshops and services can be done through our website or by contacting us directly.

• We offer instalment plans through Klarna.

 

3. Cancellation Policy

• We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. 50% of the paid fee is non-refundable. However, we do offer the option to reschedule your session once, provided the request is made at least 48 hours before your scheduled session. Please email us at info@danielalexanderfilms.com to arrange a 50% refund with at least 48 hour notice before your chosen service.

 

4. Workshop Location

Our workshops are conducted at various studios across Birmingham. The exact location will be communicated to you via email upon booking.

5. Workshop Suitability

• We offer workshops suitable for various experience levels. Descriptions on our website detail the target audience for each.

• If you have any questions regarding suitability, please don't hesitate to contact us.

 

6. Workshop Scheduling

Our workshops are flexible and scheduled according to your and our availability. Workshops can be conducted during the day, evenings, or weekends. However, scheduling is subject to our facilitator's availability.

7. Monologue Filming

• Participants in the Acting for Screen & Monologue Workshop receive a professionally filmed monologue for their showreel.

• Monologues will be delivered electronically within 7 days of recording.

• Filming additional monologues can be arranged for an extra fee.

 

8. One-on-One Sessions

We offer one-on-one sessions upon request. Please note that individual sessions may be shorter than group workshops and vary in price.

9. Disclaimer

Frameway strives to provide valuable learning experiences. However, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes or career success.

10. Limitation of Liability

Frameway is not liable for any damages arising from your participation in our workshops or services, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or lost business opportunities.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
