How long will it take for me to get my recorded monologue?
​
We ensure that all recorded monologues are delivered to our clients within 10 days from the time of recording.

Can I film more than one monologue?
​
Yes, filming multiple monologues can be arranged prior to your session for an additional fee.

What happens if I need to cancel?
​
Our policy states that 50% of the paid fee is non-refundable. However, we do offer the option to reschedule your session once, provided the request is made at least 48 hours before your scheduled session.

Where do the sessions take place?
​
We conduct our Monoreel sessions at various studios across Birmingham, depending on the specific workshop. The exact location will be communicated to you during your booking.

Is this workshop suitable for someone new to acting?

Absolutely! Our Monoreel sessions are designed to be welcoming and beneficial for actors of all experience levels. Whether you're just starting out or a seasoned pro, we'll provide the support and direction you need to shine. During the session, we'll guide you through the process to capture your best performance. If you're new to acting and face challenges like remembering lines or managing nerves, no worries! We'll be there to help you overcome them and deliver a confident performance for your Monoreel.

Can I pay in instalments?

Yes. You can opt to choose a Klarna payment plan when booking. Once you start the booking, you will be given the option to pay in instalments once you start filling out your details.

What should I wear to my Monoreel session?
​
For a clean and professional look on camera, we recommend wearing a plain black top or t-shirt with no logos or patterns. Don't worry about wrinkles – we have a steamer on hand if you need to freshen up your top at the studio!

How should I prepare my hair and makeup?
​
Come camera-ready with your hair and makeup styled the way you'd like them to appear in your Monoreel. This is your chance to showcase your personal style and acting range.

Can I film with another actor, a Duologue?
​
Absolutely! We offer Duologue sessions for those interested in showcasing their on-screen chemistry with another actor. Contact us to discuss details.

Can't find a date that works?
​
We understand! If you can't find a suitable date on our schedule, don't hesitate to contact us by email. We'll do our best to accommodate your needs and find a custom date for your Monoreel session.

Can I keep my Monoreel private?
​
Absolutely! We respect your privacy. Just let us know at the time of booking if you'd prefer to keep your Monoreel private and not have it displayed on our website or other public platforms.

What should I bring with me?
​
For your comfort and convenience, we recommend bringing a water bottle to stay hydrated in between takes.

FRAMEWAY WORKSHOPS

Do I need to prepare anything before my workshop session?
​
For our Director and Cinematography workshops, no prior preparation is necessary. However, for our Acting and Monologue sessions, participants are required to bring a pre-prepared monologue, which should not exceed 2 minutes in performance length.

Absolutely. Our Director's Workshop is designed for individuals at various stages of their directing journey, from those just starting out to those with experience in short films looking to transition to larger projects or television.

Is this workshop suitable for someone new to acting?

Yes, our Acting for Screen Workshop is beneficial for both beginners and experienced actors. Beginners will leave with a professionally produced monologue for their showreel, while experienced actors will gain technical knowledge to enhance their performances.

Do the workshops have set times and days?
​
Our workshops are flexible and scheduled according to your and our availability. They can be conducted during the day, in the evenings, or on weekends. However, as a working director, Daniel, our facilitator, schedules the workshops around his existing work commitments.

Is this workshop suitable for someone new to cinematography?
​
This workshop is designed for individuals with a basic understanding of cameras, particularly those who have been using smaller form cameras and wish to upgrade to larger ones. The workshop will help you understand deeper system settings and cinematic lighting for better results.
